In view of the evolution that will affect the Municipalities and their respective online presence (and respective services provided electronically) in the next three years, Creative Intelligence acts as a dual partner both towards the Municipalities themselves and towards the software houses that operate with the SpId authentication, CIE, PagoPA payment and management systems.
Measure 1.4.1 of the PNRR (National Recovery and Resilience Plan) called "Citizen Experience in Public Services" scheduled for 2022/2023 has made 400 million euros available for the digitalisation of municipal sites and services.
In detail, the notice "Citizen Experience in Public Services - Municipalities September 2022" recalls the European targets envisaged for Measure 1.4.1 for:
- improvement of the quality and usability of digital public services T1 - Administrations that adhere to a common model and design system that simplify interaction with users and facilitate maintenance for the years to come (40%) to be achieved by December 2024
- improvement of the quality and usability of digital public services T2 - Administrations adhering to a common model and design system that simplify interaction with users and facilitate maintenance for the years to come (80%) to be achieved by June 2026 Which activities can be financed?
The official municipal websites whose purpose is to convey to citizens the main news of public interest relating to the local administration and the services it provides to the community but also to the public documents of the administration itself.
Digital service platforms for the end user provided by the Municipality and accessible online will also be eligible for funding.
