The second day of intensive training with Dennis van den IJssel at the Plamiotta municipal field in Modugno has also come to an end, bringing with it a contagious enthusiasm and overwhelming energy among the young participants. The Goal Academy continues to surprise and confirm its commitment to training talented young footballers through targeted, high-quality training sessions.


The second day of training was dedicated to the defense-attack and attack-defense transition, a crucial aspect in modern football that requires concentration, speed of execution and a deep understanding of game dynamics. The exercises were designed to improve the players' reactivity, their ability to make quick decisions and position themselves correctly on the pitch.

The boys showed great enthusiasm in carrying out the exercises, demonstrating not only an excellent physical predisposition, but also a notable ability to learn and apply the instructions received. The Modugno pitch was animated by an atmosphere of healthy competition and the desire to improve, fundamental elements for growing as footballers and as people.



Dennis van den IJssel, an internationally renowned coach, was particularly impressed by the technical skills of the participants. "I've seen a lot of talented young people here in Modugno," said Dennis. “Their individual technique is truly impressive, and with the right guidance and training, they can reach high levels in football.”

The first day of training had placed emphasis on building from the bottom, another key element in modern football, which requires good coordination between defense and midfield to initiate effective offensive actions.
