Immersed in the city, in the pure experience of the heart of Dubai , we visited the famous spice market in search of the perfect ingredients to elaborate the typical dishes of Apulian cuisine in a new fusion guise that literally captured everyone. An immersion in the smells and bright colors like the local culture, a selection of the best local raw materials before lighting the stove in the kitchens of the most famous iconic hotel in the world.

We have created a 100% Made in Italy finger food menu with our precious products imported directly from Italy.
We believe that the best deals are those signed in a climate of conviviality and openness to new cultures, experiences and mutual opportunities. This is why we have decided to invite our friends from Dubai entrepreneurs and close contacts during the Fair, in an exclusive aperitif specially prepared by our Chef.
An experience full of flavors, excellent commercial contacts and virtuous relationships for important commercial projects for our entrepreneurs and new close contacts during the Exhibit. A lot of enthusiasm also on the part of the experts who proposed us to replicate our fusion aperitif in a bigger way ... we accepted the challenge!
BRUNCH ON THE BEACH
After the great success, we replicated our Italian aperitif on one of the most exclusive beaches in Dubai, delighting the public and customers with an afternoon of good humor and Italian gastronomic excellence.
At the brand new Puro Beach beach restaurant in Dubai , we have created a show cooking for all the guests of the structure. In addition to baked goods, sweets and paté with Apulian extra virgin olive oil, the chef Popolizio has prepared the typical panzerotti , home-made cavatelli and as a dessert the typical " tits of the nuns " with custard dates.
We have guaranteed highly professional video and photographic material to all our partners, to be exploited on their social channels and websites to document the travel experience within a magical and profitable context for every type of business. Accompanying your image with high-impact content means building a complete business card that knows how to talk about you and the exclusive experience lived as a protagonist in Dubai , the capital of business, to your customers and competitors even when you are not physically present to tell it .

Piazza Mercantile, a project presented in national preview in Rome in mid-January, at the Spazio Veneziano, headquarters of the communication agency that created it, the Apulian Creative Intelligence, brings together a group of entrepreneurs and experts, among the Apulian excellences of the sectors involved, to bring the best of Puglia to Dubai, on the occasion of the Bride Show, the most famous and prestigious fair dedicated to marriage in the Middle East.
In addition to the fair, the PIAZZA MERCANTILE brand will participate in a series of events with local partners and will give life to show cooking with the Apulian chef Luigi Popolizio.
Puglia is known all over the world for its characteristic landscape and its cuisine; authenticity and passion give life to incredible tastes and flavors and the recipes of our tradition are today considered art.
